I fall the middle of everyone's opinions here. I've had a Fitbit Flex for a few years now and it has helped me a lot. I agree 100% with deladypilot. If I know I am going to be hitting the pool in the evening I know I can have higher calorie foods. Infact I need higher carb and higher calorie foods to keep me energized during practice!
