feel free to add me... I'm still working and my schedule is all over the place. Could use the same accountability to just keep my self moving and away from the fridge when boredom strikes. do you notice if there is a trend to when you might be snacking. Maybe we can all come up with ways to deter the urge by finding other…

I can totally get on board with this ... Me : 3 LNS: 3

@jvando OH NO don't do it. I know how that post 8pm struggle is. Mine is after 9pm. It's usually that 2.5/3 hour mark since my last meal that I start to look for something else and because it's so late, I don't want to make a mess making something, that I grab the bag of tortilla chips. <3 that's my weakness. Thankfully my…

@watsdatnoise I bet. I remodeled my last house but not to that extreme. Are you still keeping some of the style or totally modernizing it?
-
Wow! Now that's interesting fact!
-
@jvando i know how late night snacking goes... thats been my demon lately. how did your day turn out?
-
@MYwGoal15 Mine aren't young anymore but still a handful. we're all here for accountability and motivation in some shape or form, so you've come to the right place. Feel free to reach out in a DM if you feel like you need a pick me up! We've all been there. @CatieMay123 How are you making out with 80 day? @NudeBliss always…

Got your back!
-
You are absolutely right!
-
Sounds interesting.... how's that going?

@PatriceFitnessPal I was doing good till dinner. I ended up with a 2nd plate. Turned out better than I thought. Today was my off day... hubby and I use it just relaxing, spending some QT & catching up on tv shows (we don't watch them during the wk). Thanks for asking!
-
I am hoping I post this right because I'm doing it from my mobile. .. Sausage lentil soup .... Sorry picture won't load, but it was delicious

Could always use motivation & accountability... just that little reminder that someone's got my back every now and again goes a long way! We got this 😃

Hi all... 37 female from Delaware. mom to 2 teenagers (12 & 17, both girls) 😱 and a hubby who's just as bad. Work in healthcare. I love carbs, more specifically potatoes of any kind. Have a love / hate for cardio & a bigger love for lifting.
-
Feel free to add me... I could use the same... just a little reminder nudge here!
-
Sitting at my work desk trying to come up with something to do.

I am an avid gym-goer and love my weights & lifting.... BOD kicks even my butt with the cardio. Dont get frustrated... its gets the best of us all.
-
I just reinstated my BOD so I can start doing things at home since my gym is closed. I've always struggled working out at home (squirrel moments with household chores). Could use the motivation to keep up with it.

Not eating enough calories destroy your metabolism. It's like telling your body that you're starving. ... Not eating enough calories will also force the body to cannibalize muscle and hold on to fat. The course I took was through expert rating.
-
Everyone tells us that 1200 is the goal, honestly (just finished a nutrition course) 1200 is roughly what the body needs to just function daily. This can cause the body to hold onto the fat for later energy use when we do exercise. Also, we tend to not eat "properly". We restrict a lot of what our bodies need... healthy…

To everyone, feel free to add me. Diary is open. If you go back a year ago, you will find it keto-based. I started adding carbs back in this year after I hit my first weight goal and returned to the gym daily. I love to cook, so always trying new recipes. I eat between 1200 and 2000 calories, depending on my activities for…

Personally I never have a "Cheat Day". I enjoy the foods I like, while the majority of what I eat is highly healthy, I still enjoy pizza, tacos, etc... a "cheat meal" if you will, but dont think of it as a cheat. Work it into you calories / macros / lifestyle. Nothing is off limits as long as you don't lose control.

Feel free to add me. I log daily and will always comment and check in when needed.
-
Feel free to add. I've been low carb/keto since March. (Though I took June off due to softball travel & then September just the weekends) I've been struggling a little here and there this past month and could use some extra strength in numbers.
-
I prefer working out alone. I personally feel that if there's more than 1 other person that I am the gym with, there's too much lag time between sets and I start to lose motivation.
-
I have finally gotten back to the gym this past week. 4x total  just been a little basic with some light jogging for a warm up x15 min then some body weight strengthening (lunges, squats, planks, Russian twists) and hip flexor movements because I have been battling hip & back pain for a few years and figured it's…

Mom chores.... anyone wanna give me the day off and do my laundry and grocery shopping?!
-
Lacking in common sense and decency. - holding to door for someone else - or in my house, walking past something 20x expecting someone else to put it away... IE mom.
-
Was it one of those nights?
-
Just walked in the door from work to be told I have to take the kids to events i forgot about. Looms like either dinner on the run, or no dinner at all.
