  • I love my morning smoothie 1/2 c milk/soy/almond 1/2 c non fat yogurt 1/2 banana 1/2-1 cup frozen berries 1 scoop Whey protein 1 tablespoon ground flax seed. It is filling and yummy. I don't get hungry until lunch, although I try and eat another piece of fruit for a morning snack.
