In the last five years or so, clothing sizes have gotten smaller. The new size 0 has made everything else smaller. Really small women used to have to buy girls size to get that small in the 90's. Now with new fashion being emaciated, the clothes are all tight and small. Hope that helps!

Congrats!! I only weigh in once every two weeks for that sole purpose! I see results and feel great! The scale is just a number. Plus I love how I feel during the day. I am not tired, stressed, or as tense at work! That is a huge plus. The numbers on the scale can not reflect that!!

You should ask your doctor what is a safe calorie goal for you while pregnant, and try to consume those amounts. If he says no need to diet, you will just work hard after the baby is born. I do a class, and it is a blast! I would totally recommend a class as well. I love the high energy and accountability or being in a group setting!
