  • Will be restarting on Sept 16. Had some family issues that I let get in the way of me. Getting back to ME!!!!!

  • I didn't see any weight loss in the beginning. But now my clothes are fitting differently. Haven't gotten on the scale (it is not my friend). So stay encouraged.
  • I'm on my 7th day of 30 day shred. Because I have bad knees, I have to find another way to do pushup and jumping jacks. I do see a difference in my stamnia. will stay on level 1 until about May 15 then start level 2.
  • Good afternoon ladies! Today is my first day of the chanllange. I need all the suupport I can get. SW: 280 CW: 280 GW: 250 by 6/21/13 NSV for this challenge: 1. Do PT 24/7 for 30 days! 2. Eat more fruits and veggies this week 3. Not eat out any more this week.
