I use a processor to blend all the ingredients for a Cilantro Pesto and stick it in a gallon zip lock bag with the chicken overnight, then grill. Cilantro Pesto: 1 cup Cilantro 1 cup Italian Parsley 3 Garlic Cloves 1/4 cup Parmasean Cheese 1/4 cup Walnuts 1/4 cup Olive Oil Salt & Pepper
