I will share with you what I have read. I don't know how much evidence supports this but it seems to hold true for me. I try to have an eating cut off time. At the very least I try to stop eating 2 or more hours before going to sleep. I do distribute my calories throughout the day, but try to eat lighter as the day goes on…
