  • I have been doing a 16:8 mostly since May, late breakfast at work around 10 and then stop after dinner 6ish. Kind of fell into it, as I am not hungry in the morning, and need to stay in my calorie goal, so none left after dinner :)
  • 5'5", started in May at 158, currently 133. Last picture was from a couple weeks ago, down another 4 since then. Following Keto, 1200 calories and Intermittent Fasting.
  • Looking back at my vacation pictures and loving what I see, instead of having to do strategic cropping to make them look good :)
