I do HIIT on the treadmil -- walking -- but the speed and high incline not only sheds the wt because of the high heart rate, but builds the muscle because of the incline. I've lots 10lbs in 23 days and my overall goal is 30lbs. Shedding it pretty quick and I was only aiming for 1lb/wk

They are right, most "cleansing" things are a lot of hype but if your looking for something to cut the taste of your powder, try peanut utter (all natural or freshly grounded if need be for ur cleanse) and I find that helps. I use it with my protein shakes.

Oh, and I might add -- thats only SIX MONTHS!!! Imagine where you'll be in another 6 months?? As you shed more and more wt, and your energy increases more and more -- you'll see that things are easier and the wt will continue to melt off like magic!

If I REALLY need something good and satisfying, I'll have a tablespoon of chocolate chips, a gogurt, a piece of whole wheat toast with some sugar free jam, green tea with honey, reduced cal hot coco made with water, 100cal kettle corn popcorn...all those are around 100cals or less and very satisfying! Happy munching!! :)

It's different because of ur intensity and heart rate. Increase intensity thus heart rate =s more cals burned

I make these too!!! So good!! usually skip the coconut to shave the cals but I LOOOOOVE these! The chips give it just enough sweetness!
