I made this for BF today! Shocked the egg made it so creamy!! I used the 30cal almond milk (which never makes anything have a smooth/creamy texture) and it was perfect I so wish I had TRUE maple syrup (had to use a lite pancake syrup I had) but the whole dish was very tasty and FILLING!! :) thanks for posting!

Steak all the way!!! Most menus will say grilled, fire roasted or whatever. Try and get one that doesn't have all that buttery saucy stuff they can sometimes have. I eat at least 1750/day. I don't do a lot of pizza, ice cream etc but that's only because I like a lot of volume. Meaning, I want a big steak, HUGE sweet potato, pancakes etc throughout the day. Doesn't leave many calories left over for the "indulgent" stuff that one typically thinks of. But I COULD should I want too :)…

Typically the mass/amount doubles after cooked. Meaning, 1/4c of uncooked pasta is ~1/2c cooked ... or 2oz uncooked pasta is ~4oz cooked.
