I did 5:2 for about 4 months and loved it! Have stoped for a bit recently as getting married in 2 weeks so don't want to lose anymore weight now my dress fits perfectly but will be going back to it after the honeymoon (I think I'll need it by then)! Feel free to add me anyone :-)

I'm getting married in the UK in just over 2 weeks! We're having evening guests as the church is VERY small so we really had to limit our numbers during the day, however we have large families and still wanted them to spend the day with us. I don't think that's so abnormal here, I've been to weddings where my other half…

Anything is possible! Try setting yourself small goals, it makes it easier to see the light at the end of the tunnel :smile: really helps with the motivation each time you meet one! Feel free to add me if you need some support, I still have a way to go, but nearly a quarter of the way to my target, that seemed impossible…

My old company was really great for this kind of stuff. Instead of providing biscuits to go along with our tea and coffee, they got a piece of fresh fruit for everyone 3 days a week :-)

Same here! I have my final fitting in 4 weeks so losing as much as I can before then. However, after that I need to maintain for 6 weeks until the wedding, which will be difficult now I'm used to losing!
