I started out with 132.5 lbs to lose to get to my first goal, after that I'll see how I feel. I'm 43.75 lbs down now so 88.75 to go so almost a third of the way there! Always happy to give and receive more support :-)

SW: 300.5 CW: 260.25 - at the end of the July challenge GW: 255 for the month, this will take me out of the morbidly obese range, really hoping to do that this month! Weigh in Dates: 8/5 - 258.25 8/12 8/19 8/26 Total weight lost: 2lb so far, I'm happy with that!

As the previous poster said, maybe try to focus more on a weekly goal rather than daily. I try to do that and I find it works much better for me and then there's no need to label days where I go over as 'cheat' days as if I look at the week as a whole I'm still ok.

I'm the main earner in our house and even though we leave for work at the same time in the morning I'm often home at least 2 hours later in the evening. My husband accepts this and often at least starts making dinner before I get in! I cook at the weekends because I enjoy it and we share the cleaning so it all works pretty…
