I would love to chat and support friends from UK. I am 60 and have only been doing MFP for 1 week. I am married, have 1 Son and a beautiful chihuahua. My main exercises are swimming and aquarobics. I am willing to support anyone and offer whatever motivation I can.

I do my best to encourage my MFP friends but I cannot bring myself to be one of the 'well done hun' sort of people regardless of how you are doing. I like to be able to see your diary - unless you have a real objection - because I like to be able to applaud your good choices and encourge better choices if I think you're struggling.

    Hi, I'm from the UK too I'm 56, happily married with 5 children, 3 grandaughters, 2 cats and 2 elderly chickens. I rejoined MFP a couple of weeks ago after regaining most of the weight I lost last year. The support from friends on here has been fantastic, I'm determined to get to goal this time.
