I started my goal on November 30th when I was 1st weighed by the doctor, but didn't get here right away. My 2nd visit to doctor was Jan 9th and I'm down 8# and my pants are no longer tight. :) *Happy Dance*

Nuts, any kind. Pistachios, Unsalted Almonds are my favorites, but any unsalted nut will do. They are easy to carry and I can buy in bulk and just throw them into a snack bag or sandwich bag that is resealable.
