I feel like the spreadsheet is getting smaller and smaller each week :S Let's make sure that next week that spreadsheet stays teh same, adn that we send out encouraging words to all that are struggling. congrats everyone for sticking at it. 30 pounds is such a great loss, especially seeing that we're past the 'honeymoon…

:S sorry i'm late for the weigh in. I gained 0.7 pounds this week. It's not a lot but it scares me, especially because i know it's not because of sodium, TOM or anything like that it's simply because i ate too much of the wrong foods. After hopping off the scale though, i had the best intentions and decided to have a…

You look stunning! No doubt you can pull that off. I'd pair it with some dangly earings, and sorry if this is going too far, but a thong/ spanx so you can't see a VPL. Even celebs need to make sure there's no VPL :) But again, you look amazing in this!

Was this an average day for you? I'd be weary to change the settings, unless you don't think you were accurate when mfp asked you to pick your 'lifstyle' ie. sedentary, active etc. Maybe I would average it out in a week? Or if things are working fine for you i'd leave them how they are.

I hope you start feeling better soon magglett. I would HIGHLY recommend taking a probiotic supplement. Antibiotics kill of the 'good bacteria' that you need to digest food and probiotics help replace them.

So today during my lunch break I decided that I’d take a walk! It’s good for me, burns calories and would hopefully begin to make up for the terrible past couple of days AND weekend I had. It was such a fail. Temperature was at 90 here in Singapore (have no idea what that is in celcius) and humidity was at 55%, so it felt…

That dress is gorgeous! Print it out the photo, and put it up on the wall, or better yet buy it now and hang it up on your door. You can do this! My reward coming up in a few weeks (if i can reach my goal) is a shopping spree at MAC and a new pair of heels :D

I'll add you! 19 year old college student here.

There is no way to spot train, or pick places to lose fat from. unfortunately i'm losing mine too! BUT, if it makes any difference, i'd go get proffessionally fitted. Apparently nearly all women wear the wrong cup size (1 size too small), so maybe you were a D and now your a C? I realised that I was a D a few months ago…

It takes time and a lot of training to do that. One tip though is to keep your arms below chest height when you run, and try not to swing them too much. Also, i'm not sure about this, but i'd imagine that HIIT would work great for lowering the heart rate over time. Short bursts of intensity has helped a lot of runners…

Confession time for me: Last night i had caramel slice, okay way too much caramel slice and a few cookies annndddd bread with cheesse! I didn't want to add up the calories, but i must have been 500-600 over! It's all good though, because i'm back on track. Really hoping for 1 pound plus next weigh in, so i hope last night…

I can't believe that we're already at the halfway mark. Wow, time goes by way too fast. I know for a fact though, that if i keep up what i've been doing and feel like i've been feeling for the rest of the challenge, i'll reach my goal!! Hope everyone has a great week. Let's really make this halfway mark count.

It's okay. The best advice i have is to forget about it and move on. One day will not make a difference in your weigh in. Honestly. Last wekend i ate 400 calories over each day and still lost a pound during weigh in. Plus, don't forget there are 3,500 calories in a pound. AND you ate 900 over your allocated calories (which…

I was thinking about this the other day. To me it makes sense to count my fruits and veggies. Otherwise you could forget to add what you cook your veggies in! Like oils, butter etc. Also, not all fruits and veggies are low in calories such as avacados and sweet potato. But at the end of the day, if i'm hungry and have…

As a general rule i eat my exercise calories back, and i've lost almost 10 lbs in a month. This is what works for me not only physically but mentally. Some, well most days I find it hard to eat only 1,200 cals a day. But, if i exercise and burn around 300 I can have 1,500 and this is what keeps me in the game. I find it so…

Wow, you look so great and so happy. This is really motivating for me because i'm in college and got about 25 ish pounds to lose. Congrats!

I've lost 1.8 pounds this week and weight in at 144.9 (65.9 kgs!) I am so happy and feel so great. And, i'm can zip up a skirt that i haven't been able to in ages :D And despite a pretty bad weekend, and a few days before then, i have still lost weight :) I just wanted to thank kerri for motivating me to not give up. I…

I would get a blood test asap. Sounds like you should get tested for Vitamin D3, Iron and hypothyroidism.

Wow, looking good!

You look absolutely amazing, and you're my new inspiration! I'm 5'7 too and started my journey on MFP at 156 pounds and now i'm at 145. My ultimate goal is 132 pounds, so i've got a while to go yet. But since we have really similar body shapes and heights, i'm so much more determined. What was your workout regime and were…

If i have enough cals left over I have a glass of low fat chocolate milk and one small cookie/biscuit. It just makes me stick with this longer because i don't feel deprived and it stops my cravings :) Of course the cookie isn't nutritionally blessed, the chocolate milk on the other hand will give you calcium, and there…

If it's in the house, throw it out. Just get all the junk and throw it in the bin. If you feel as if you can't portion control then out of site out of mind. Also, try to take out your frustration on somehwere else other than food. Workout, go see a movie with a friend, call someone close or simply remove yourself from the…

I am praying for you all too. Please try to stay as safe as possible.

Maybe we should all update and motivate eachother day to day on this message board? I'm also going to blog it every day, and i've just taken 'before' bikini photos. UGH. and measurements.
-
Hey! I decided last night that i'm going to start today as well :D Are you doing it for 30 days straight? I'm going to try my best too, it's gonna be hard but it will definetly give results.
-
I'm weighing in at 146.7 :) goal for next week- 144.5 (would have lost just over 10 pounds then) Congrats everyone on the losses! And for those who didn't see the number they would've liked, don't give up and don't forget to take measurements too:)
-
Magglett, sorry to hear you're sick :( but you're still losing weight so that is a great achievement! I'm excited to say that i'm back on track after 4 not so great days consisting of way too much chocolate and cookies... I haven't weighed myself since, cus i'm scared and hoping it wont affect fridays weigh in too much.…

Every victory should be celebrated. And all these small victories add up so quickly!

Hey! I'm in college atm and trying to lose about 20 pounds :) (so that means i'm trying to lose the freshman 15 and about 5 vanity pounds) I love this site and it's helped me lose 9 pounds so far. My number one tip: DONT give up. no matter what. I've had some days when i ate crap and was over my limit. But i carried on the…
