Oh whoops, i forgot to talk about why i want to lose weight! For me right now though, i think i just want to do the same as kerri and have the outside match the inside. I dont have a lot to lose and i just really want to get healthy and fit and learn to eat 'bad' foods in moderation. I have come such a long way since the…

Hey all! I think writing down our reasons why we want to lose weight is a great idea. I haven't had a chance to read everyones yet, as i've been very busy lately, but i will do later tonight. First off, i just wanted to tell you guys some things and i'm going to be completely honest. So here goes. The past two days for me…

What a great attitude. I agree this is the kind of thing that sets apart those who have changed their lifestly, as opposed to those who are on a 'diet'. Well done :)

HAHA, i'm with hushhush's comment! Screw him! You're doing great.

Wow, i didnt notice that 10 lbs could make such a difference! You look so toned and your waist is very defined. This is really motivating for me, because i've lost 19 now and struggle seeing a difference.

Positive thought of the day: Last night was lovely, i had a bit of a cheat day (naughty naughty) and had pizza with the boyfriend and some chocolate for dinner. But i didnt over eat, gave a few slices away and had a lovely rocket salad with it. Best of all i didnt feel guilty, but satisfied. So, despite going over my…

I'm down 4.6 pounds this week! But i'm a bit worried because my weight is going up then down, each week. I seem to slack off one week then put in all the effort the next. But this time i'm going to make sure this doesnt happen!

Thanks! Haha i was just in coles today looking at the protein powders, i've wanted one for ages, but don't want to shell out the money for something gross or fill of sugars etc. I'll look out for that one nxt time though.

positive thought of the day: I now use13 pound dumbells at the gym for my arm routine, and it makes me feel so strong and invincible!

Hey ellis, try not to feel too discouraged by the small weight gain. Have you been lifting weights? or changed your exercise routine? This could be why, and i doubt a small increase in calories will have done that. I recently upped my calories too and the first week i gained 2 pounds but then dropped it the next week,…

I love the cookies and cream one!

positive thought of the day: I know i can do this and i WILL do it!

Hey guys! I do agree that if you don't think that you are getting enough nutrients from food that a multivitamin is definetly better than nothing. I'm really enjoying reading up on a lot of health related things now, i think mfp must have brought it on :) I'm actually looking forward to this weigh in. Cant beilieve i'm…

Hey guys, I know that you all are taking a multivitamin every morning as part of your goals, but i've recently been hearing and reading a lot of negativity surrounding them. Such as they're useless, can cause breast cancer and that our bodies cant absorb the synthetic multivitamins like we can absorb the vitamins in whole…

I have trouble seeing it in myself as well, i've lost 19lbs now. But i can see a difference in your hips for sure. Keep pushing through and be patient :) I would also recommend taking measurements!

I'm gonna be honest here and say that I have terrible days sometimes, and i do eat for emotional reasons. I am trying my hardest to change my habits, and i have changed a lots but there are days where i fall of the wagon and it hits me in the butt. But if you do have a bad day, dont let it turn into a week. Pick up…

I maintained this week, which i was really surprised about. I havent logged in the past two days because I went crazy with food. I have been super stressed out lately and went straight to the fridge, instead of actually doing something productive! So now i'm worse off. But i want this bad, i dont want to come out of the…

I was in college last year and i know how hard it can be. One rule i have set myself is to simply no longer keep unhealthy food around me. If i buy it, i eat it. I'm the kind of person that can't keep a block of chocolate around and only have a square a day! You need to keep yourself preoccupied and only keep healthy…

Hi guys, thanks all for the well wishes :) I"m happy to say that i'm finally feeling better. I hadnt been to the gym for over a week, as i was sick, but even when i was better i kept using it as an excuse. But today i finally got my butt over there and got a work out in. It's so hard getting back into the routine of…

I usually gain around 4-5 pounds. This usually comes right off, as long as i haven't given in to my chocolate cravings! But gaining weight around this time is completely normal, so i always remind myself that.

You look great!

You look gorgeous!

I take vitamin D daily, and omega 3 fish oil a few times a week if i haven't eaten enough fish, and a multivitamin when i feel a cold coming. But i'm going to stop the multivitamin when the packs finished and just eat healthier to get my nutrients from them instead. I'll save some money, plus i've been reading lately that…

I lose it from my stomach, hips and face first then my arms. My arms are definetly my trouble area, but i'm finally seeing a difference in them!

Hi guys, I'll be missing out on this weigh in. I've lost about 7 pounds in one week BUT only because i am extremely sick, so it's likely mostly water weight. I've been feeling terrible since sunday and been to the doctors twice but i don't feel any better. It sucks being so sick, i'm OVER IT!!! wishing you all luck with…

I would keep the recipe the same, but try to just eat them in moderation. Like two a day with milk after dinner. Easier said than done i know though ;)

@bitabbe, 7 inches ++ lost is amazing, well done! and @kerri, i hope you see success with next months measurements and you're hard work pays off :) Oh and guys i need some tips, i've been SO hungry all day (that tom) And just can't seem to get satisfied no matter how much i eat.
