ice skating, watching a movie (bring your own snacks in a bag) a night out at the casino, bowling, hiking at night? lol that could be dangerous They don't have to revolve around food, but once in a while a glass of red wine and a healthy dinner wont do any harm :)

Things like frozen spinach, brocolli, canned tomatos, canned chickpeas and tuna are all really cheap and convenient.
