Todays mini challenge 1) Under calories by about 50 :) 2) Went to the gym and did body pump for the first time (OMGOSH, my arms are killing) and then had a quick walk on the treadmill 3) Instead of stress/lonely eating by myself, i had a good chat with the girls :) SO all in all a good day, i have spinning tomorrow too…

We're already on week 9!? Omgosh, i'm so out of the loop. I'll be weighing in about a day late this time, i'm off to buy scales now and join the gym! My net has still been crazy so it's been hard to log my food in daily, but i'll make my best effort. Congrats everyone on your losses :)

So it's friday here already (can't believe it) and i can't weigh in :( because i don't have scales yet! Just moved into my new house in australia and everything is in complete shambles, my net has been on and off too so i haven't been able to log in my calories everyday. I agree with the weekly challenge, i think we need to shake things up a bit! We need to remember though, that we are on week 7 now! I lost the0.7 i gained lastweek so i'm back to my week 5 weight of 144.9. It;s a bit discouraging because i wanted to lose more, but i guess i'm back on track. Welcome :) You can do this. Use the support on here, it has really helped me pull through and stick with it. Don't give up. If you fall 'off the wagon' pick yourself up and remember that tomorrow is a new day. Good luck

Could you buy a can of healthy soup somewhere? You have to be careful of sodium though, but most vegetable ones are low in cal. Also keep hydrated so that you don't get as hungry.

You look great! This is really encouraging because i need to lose about 25 pounds and kind of though tit wouldn't make much of a difference, and peopel wouldn't notice!

Are you taking measurements or only relying on the scale? You're likely to be gaining muscle and losing fat.

Dreedub, i have the exact same issue with buying jeans! They're always too tight around the thighs and too loose around my hips/waist. I haven't found a pair that fits perfectly, but i do notice that bootleg cut jeans fit better (but not perfect) than any other style across different brands. I always find that i have to…

It may be too much fibre actaully. I feel as if my diet revolves around wholegrain carbs at the moment. I don't know what i would do without bread! I will try to up my protein and focus on that instead and try to cut down on the carbs to see if this helps :S

I had to stop 30 DS on day 6 because my knees couldn't handle it. It's okay when this happens, it doesn't mean you have to giv eup completely. Now that it's healed i still do shred twice a week.

You will make it with that attitude :) I'm in a healthy weight range now after losing 10pounds, but i want to lose about 15 more so i can look good in a bikini too!
