I bought minds at target and I got the Justins maple almond butter and tried it for the first time it was delic..I eat it on my apple cinnamon rice cakes

I can eat a lot of weird/gross things however cottage cheese is not one of them..I have never liked it and figured recently I would try the one with fruit to possibly change my mind and ummm no still gross!!

Yes I do at times...but then I remember I didn't put it on over night so it won't come off that way either.I put my focus back on what my accomplishments have been thus far and set small goals and work towards them rather then looking at my long term goals or my goal weight..reward yourself once in awhile it won't hurt and…

I try to eat every 2-3 hours to sustain my hunger..my go-to snacks are apple w/natural peanut butter greek yogurt with raisins or some fruit..tostitos tortilla chips with hummus..apple cinnamon rice cakes with peanut butter and drink plenty of water..sometimes your actually thirsty and that helps..popcorn with hot…

Yes this exactly what got me through my first couple of weeks..Being consistent with logging my food everyday made me accountable for my food and seeing the calories made me want to make better choices to stay within my calorie goal for the day..I also read all the success stories everyday and have friends on here to hear…

I usually have eggs a few times a week..I make mines with 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites because most of the good stuff is in the yolk so why throw it away?!I make it into an omelette with peppers onions and sometimes a little shredded cheese..in addition to my omelette I have oatmeal with strawberries and blueberries mixed…

apple cinnamon rice cakes which are about 50 calories and if you have the extra calories to spare top with peanut butter..I find it yummy and it gets rid of my sweet craving

What about pre prepping your meals for the day in storage containers and bring them with you to work??..also bring healthy snacks that you can have on hand to get you through: nuts,apple,healthy pop popcorn,etc..and then log your food when you get home if you can't during the day
