Are you postoperative yet? I am new to the forums, now 5 months postop. Hard to get weight off before, and am slowly ramping up activity (missing the pool in shelter in place).

I am absolutely in the same position, in getting back on track, and hoping exercise gets easier now that my achille's tendon has healed. First efforts: be honest in tracking, weighing, all that good stuff.

I should clarify. Subway/Chipotle sell kid's meals to anyone. I can't remember which airport brand the place was.

Oh my gosh, I have seen web sites devoted to proper bra fitting and in different-than-expected sizes, too. But alas, their name escapes me and I call upon the goddess Google to help.

I tend to prefer the fresh or frozen green beans, but the ones I tried with mushrooms were absolutely yummy. Good to have a few on hand. Plus whole can seems do-able, calorie wise.

I too try kids meals at various spots (eg, Subway, Chipotle); they can be a better caloric choice. I was refused at an airport once as I didn't have a child in tow. :)

Has it only been three days? Yikes. I'm going to a play tonight wherein I have free drink tickets. Wish me luck ordering a club soda with bitters. I think it will be a good substitute.

I'm in as well! I've been participating in a group that meets locally, part of www.moderation.org. A 30-day break is part of their process for coming to more moderate terms with alcohol. I start, I stop, I start, I stop, but this seems like a good month for actually succeeding at taking a break. BTW, "moderate" for a woman…
