  • Got my first road bike this summer, find it a relaxing way to exercise. Haven't done any century rides yet but have been working towards it. What a great accomplishment for you to go from 15 miles to 100+ in about a year. Great work! Keep riding.
  • Log your food, be honest, measure and smaller portions. Along with a little increase in activity and you should be good to go. Logging your food really will open your eyes to the calories in different foods. Remember we all have bad days it's the next day that matters. Good Luck.
