I always try to go to a Saturday morning spin class to burn 500ish extra calories.. then I stick with vodka/seltzer with lime. I must admit I am terrible about tracking my nights out, though.

I have never been addicted to the point of drinking a ton of it a day. I've tried to cut it out completely, but it's just not worth it to me. I did day 2 of level 2 this morning. It was easier, but just barely.
