I have loss about 70 pounds so far by using MFP, exercising just about everyday and following a low carb diet. The best advice I can give you is to keep it up. Even when you fill defeated because you may have over did it on a cheat day. Don't give up. Also, reward yourself. I reward myself with cheat days sometimes. But…

I do 1 hour of cardio 3 days a week. 2 hours of cardio on Sat. and I generally do two yoga classes during the week also.

You will be fine. Don't worry about it. Just stick to your good eating habits and exercise routine the rest of the week. I always overdo it on my cheat days also. The point is that we are only human. It happens.
