I have had no adverseeffects since I have been using splenda-- I have 2 teaspoons once a day, every day in my coffee. And I have no extra cravings, or weight gain, or headaches, or cancer... If it works for you, go for it!!!

I completed one, and my legs are MUCH firmer and more toned!! I was sorethefirst couple of days, now not at all... Might continue to do about 150-200 every few days just to keep the muscles. This is in addition to my 5k training.Oh, and I lost 1 1/4 inches off my waist and a pound!!

Furthermore-- if there is a leash law in your community, they have to be on a leash, if it is not a fenced area, your property or not... I have a dog, and she is either on a leash or in a fenced yard-- no exceptions! And I shouldn't have to change my running route because someone else won't control their animal!

I used to live in a neighborhood where everyone let their dogs run free... I kicked a chihuahua nipping at my heels, and used to carry rocks. I told my daughter to kick any animal that came near her... Sorry folks, but my actions hurt the pooches a lot less than their teeth sinking into my leg...

THere is a cardio category where it says cardio-- strength training, weight lifting, you can log it there, although really, their numbersare not very accurate-- enter the amount your HRM says.

I have a 5k obstacle course race on saturday, and I had oatmeal for breakfast today, and I will have a quinoa stuffed pepper for lunch, and some pasta for supper (snack normally, no heavy greasy, super sugary stuff), and will have oatmeal, a bananna, and peanut butter tomorrow pre race... hope that helps!! It has always helped my cramps too... If you feel tired and sluggish, just do a less intense workout... walk instead of run, for example. I work out the same as usual.

I get a really bad case of bronchitis if I run in temps under probably 50 degrees, so I usually don't, but yes, it will slow you down depending on the temp...

I stopped when I figured out that eating after my kids is a REALLY good way to catch a stomach bug! Just be aware... I would sit there and my kids would laugh as I would say "what am I doing!?" And like everyone else is saying, it just takes being mindful and aware...

I log after I have eaten, so I log what I actually eat... I would edit it for what I did eat...

I think kohls and victorias secret will do a professional bra fitting... As for losing them... when I lose weight, I usually have plenty of extra room in my "A" cup bras, which right now are perfect...

I too have the "kids home all day syndrome"... Have you thought about purchasing a jogging stroller? I got one off of craigslist for $50.00. I've never been big on going to the gym. And once my kids got too big for the baby jogger, I bought a treadmill (I know it sucks, but better than nothing). I'm sure they have those on…

In addition to diabetes, if you are taking any meds, exercise some care... too much water can flush those out of your system too...

I also find muscles where I had none when I start to run... It also helps to keep my genetically induced high blood pressure a little lower...

I cannot consistently stay under the 1200... I even tried to change my goals, and it still kept it at that... I don't panic if I am over most of the time... I've lost over an inch...I'm happy that I am moving in the right direction, and I eat back pretty much ALL of my exercise calories!
