Carrot chips or an apple, dried cranberries or raisins. Plus side is they are shelf stable(except for the carrots).

I'm 5'2", so pretty much everyone is taller than me... I prefer them not to be too tall though, no cricks in the neck when kissing, their face is inmine when we are snuggling, instead of his chest... But I do like them taller than me... Am I too picky? lol

I breastfed 2 children, and I guess I am just a modest person...I was never comfortable doing it in public, even with a blanket, shawl, whatever... But I think if a woman is comfortable, and discreet, then go for it! :smile:

You could do circuit or strength... on various internet sources (i looked it up months ago), the average calories burned is about 248 I think... As long as I get ripped abs, I don't really care!! Good luck!

I'm not sure if I ever had the gap or not, but I do not remember having the chafing problem that I am having now... 3 babies later and no gap... I have very narrow hips... That is not an excessively low blood pressure, and as long as you are not getting dizzy you should be fine. (high blood pressure sufferer since age 31 speaking) I would definitely NOT eat salt to try and raise it! If you are concerned, call your doctor. Oops just re read your post... CALL YOUR DOCTOR!!!
