I'm with cmcollins... I can lose 1lb taking a bowel movement... and I gain about 3 to 5 lbs every month in water weight, which i lose right back (hormones) be patient and don't sweat the small fluctuations...

I love almond milk! I will drink it out of a glass (not so with cow milk...it leaves a yicky after tatse for me)... It's much easier on the tummy too! I think it is different for everybody-- you will just have to try it and see!

I take kids vitamins when I remember... Gummy vites... If they are good for the kids, then they are for me... I started taking them the day after a stomach bug when I REALLY wasn't feeling well... I'm hoping it will fill any "holes" in my diet. Nothing else... I try to get it all from my food.

I can be in... I started a mini challenge for 150 squats for 1 day, and have done that many for the last 3 days now... I need 50 more for today... And yes, I am sore, but it feels good to be sore!

Potatoes also have a TON of calories... But they are also very filling...

I use a desktop, and the only problem I have is there a multiple entries for the same food, and it is difficult to find the one that has the same amount of calories as what the label says per serving... I sometimes just give up and quick add the calories.

Coffee keeps me nice and regular... even if I skip a day of coffee, my body still does it's thing... I used it to help with pregnancy constipation also... Which it worked great!

I guess it just really depends on how often you do the activity and how strenuous it is... I consider vaccuuming a workout, likewise scrubbing the bathtub. Sweeping the floor or washing dishes-- no... I lug a heavy vaccuum up and down stairs, and I am sweating and panting... its exercise to me!

Usually calf stretches will stretch it... I have found that lacing my shoes a little looser alleviates the tendency for my arches to get tense...
