Having worked with mentally ill pantients and psychiatrists, most psychotropic meds unfortunately cause weight gain. It could be a combination of both you are now eating the way you should and are gaining weight, and metabolic changes from the meds. Since you just started them, you might wait afew weeks to see if…

What an a**!! You are better than that!

I remember Gliad-- loved those, and they are really good for people who are not very coordinated, like me!!

I took them due to a BAD reaction 2 weeks post antibiotics... I just ate activia yogurt every day for like a week... It worked for me!

I say if it works for you--power to ya!

I am with the people who have never weighed 200+... However, as everyone is saying-- your shoes are your most important piece of equipment. I started the couch to 5k totally out of shape... couldnt run the first week ( I loathed my 2 year old sons jogging stroller), but got through it eventually... You will totally be able…

I think its partly genetics... I had a friend who tried some skin firming cream and she liked what it did to her tummy post kids-- it may not completely get rid of it, but it might help, and I think with time it generally firms up too... just give it time the best part is you are getting healthy.

Hmmm... why buy expensive workout clothes (like velour) when you are going to sweat in them and then they will forever stink and be thrown away in a year-- waste of money...

You are already beautiful-- no matter your shape or size! Unfortunately, we live in a society where models and actors are portrayed as having "the ideal body". In my opinion, as well as a developing movement in society, that is NOT the way a normal person's body looks. And I tell my daughters that too... I'm guessing that…

My goal is just to lose some vanity weight around my midsection-- I want to look great in my bikini, and for my thighs to not rub together when I walk. I am just starting to run again (I had to take a break due to injuries),so hopefully I can get there-- Hope you reach your goal!! You can do it!

I am a parent, and if my kids started asking,or do ask for a healthy food, I always buy it... You could at least bring it up...

Pass-- not into chicks-- but you're cute!

I tried to change my settings from 2 lbs a week to 1... and it still kept me at 1200... I am always over-- always... I'm not gaining, but i'm not losing either... wahoo...

Also-- your body craves the calories you burn when you first start working out... Once you adjust a little you may feel less like stuffing your face the next day...And I agree with everyone here-- I sleep much better on workout days...
-
Im generally really hungry right after my workout ( I run a 5k)... I stuff myself with baby carrots-- it seems to help me, and they are low in calories, and help rehydrate... I would be interested to know what kind of workouts you are doing too--

I personally refuse to do anything to my body that would actually induce diarrhea-- especially in conjunction with cayenne pepper-- are you kidding!? In all seriousness though-- you are just as good off getting a stomach bug-- you can lose 5 lbs in a day (all water), but then you get it all back when you rehydrate, so…

@Stephenangelo-- your faith

I think that absolutely you should count it -- especially this time since you did extra of what you normally do, but either way, you are burning calories-- People who run every day log their calories, so your work that you do every day should be counted as well... Especially if you are running a vaccuum cleaner-- could…

Great job everyone! Disappointed that I wasn't able to participate, but perhaps the next one!

I get a mixture of both-- sexy from my boyfriend. I tend to think of my body as sexy and my personality as cute!
-
I think it is all due to personal preference-- kudos to the women who work hard tolook like that or aspire to look like that. I prefer to be soft and feminine... I like a little muscle tone on me, but I prefer softness and curves on myself more than hard muscles... ( I don't like dudes with super huge muscles either-- a…

Very cliche, but lingere! I LOVE pretty sexy lingere! (for myself to wear)

Sorry,not into girls, so no...lol

I'm in line with the hormonal thing-- I gain like 3lbs one week every month... sucks! And it is literally 3 pounds, and I try to eat pretty low sodium due to hereditary blood pressure issues... that being said,I agree with everyone on here that too much sodium is an enemy!

Your massive amount of poudage loss has made me feel unworthy-- move on!

Congrats! You did the work and it paid off-- way to go!
