Your tummy pic is the most inspiring to me, as my tummy is the bane of my existence, and I am so terrified that even if I lose all the weight I want to that my tummy will still be like it is. Congratulations!! Just stick with it. And if you do happen to slip up, don't beat yourself up or think that you've failed, just don't have another one. That was always my downfall... I would quit and a week later have one, and just think of myself as a failure and there I was smoking half a pack a day again. My BFF changed…

Yes... That is what MFP does... It isn't very extensive on the phone app, but it does give you daily values. (On the main app screen, hit the "Daily" button. But OP, if you sign into the website, it breaks everything down for each food, and from that you can easily total each meal.

Lived out there for 3.5 years... It got up to 132 one summer and I was 7 months pregnant... Let me tell you that's NOT fun!! Then again, I would take that again, over being in New England when it's hot and humid... 95% of houses up here don't have central AC! :(
