The only way is to just do it. You will get use it. If you're not a morning person, you might not be happy for the first week or so, but youl will get use to it. Good luck! Morning workouts are the best!

I take GNC's Women's Ultra Mega ACTIVE twice a day. I love it. Gives me metabolism and energy support (but not too much to make my heart race). I've been taking almost a year now.

This might sound conceited, but I encourage myself, mostly. I think about when I was in the size 18/20 and at 247 lbs. I can't and won't go back to that lifestyle. Therefore, I give myself pep talks and go about my days. Of course, I have my family and friends support, but I am my own encouragement.

I'v been having baby fever forever! My husband and I are currently trying, still. We have been TTC for over two years and still nothing. This was one of the reason why I decided to lose weight and get healthy. You would think shedding almost 100 lbs will help me get pregnant, but no babies yet!! Not giving up though!

Thank you soo much everyone!! There's no secret on how I've lost the weight. Just exercise and eat healthy and you'll get there. I was very determined to get fit and healthy. Like I mentioned, it's just not about losing weight, it's a lifestyle change, for sure!!

haha. I was hesitant at first when I took these pics to either post them or not, period. I realized that I am not trying to impress anyone. I did this and doing this for me. For my own health and happiness.

Thank you!! All I did and still do is eat healthy and exercise. The old fashion way of losing weight. It's all about portion control. Drink plenty of water and sweat it out! :smile: You can lose 70 lbs. It's possible!! Push yourself and you have to want it to get it!!

Thank you!! How I did it was the old fashion way. Exercise and eat healthy. I basically changed my lifestyle overnight, cold turkey. I woke and said "I'm going to do this!" and I did it!!

Seems like you've hit a plateau. If that's the case, increase your workout by intensity and time. Change up your diet. Your body is use to what you've been doing for the longest, so therefore you'll need to "trick" to lose weight. Good luck!! When I first started running, I could only run for 30 sec/ 1 min. at at time. I was out of breath and tired. I HATED it but I pushed myself. Now I LOVE it.
