  • Congrats! Very happy for you...and all of us who are using this program! It works if you stick to it, log in EVERY day, and are honest with yourself in your charting. I have logged in 75 days in a row now, and I am down 16 lbs since starting. 8 more to reach my first goal! Hooray!!! Congrats, again!
