You can get a lunch bag that keeps things cool by putting a frozen ice pack in it. Or invest in a really good thermos to keep things hot.

I've lost 25lbs. I had a big loss at the beginning. I think it was water weight. Its starting to slow down to 2 lbs a week.

Hi, I just took a look at some of your food diaries and it seems like you're always way over your sodium. You could be retaining water. Try watching your sodium intake more closely for a week and see if that makes a difference. 7 pounds in a month is still good. They recommend 1-1 1/2 pounds per week so that's not bad.…

I like spinach dip with veggies instead of bread, apples sprinkled with cinnamon, apples and almond butter, cheese and pickles, kale chips (lots of recipes on line), roasted chickpeas.
