Well for one thing, you'll give your body time to rest and recover. I know you're doing cardio, but it still couldn't hurt to shake up your routine every once in a while. Might even notice a positive effect this week because of it.

135.8 (-12.2 overall) This is up .4 from last Monday, but down from last Tuesday, where I weighed in at 138. I'm glad I was able to get most of that back down this week! Next week, I will be down below last week's weigh-in number. ;) Have a healthy week, everyone! Peace!

Poached eggs are fancy eggs. Skip the hollandaise, and go for salsa or pico de gallo instead. Edited to add: Eat them with steamed veggies for a simple, fancy meal.
