  • Thanks for posting this! I can't stand running, but I love dancing and I did ballet for 10 years when I was younger. For all you dancers out there, I would really recommend Dance Off the Inches DVD and pack - sold at Walmart for $9. It's tons of fun and really gets you into a sweat! Good luck!
  • I'm not great with veggies - they don't taste so good to me... :) But one of my favorite things to do when dieting is stick some frozen fruit in the blender, add enough orange juice (Trader Joe's organic) or water to get a good consistancy, slip in some spinach, and you're good to go with a great substitute meal!
