Those shakeology shakes are INSANELY overpriced and seem to be a big part of this program. I it can be overly complicated to get used to, I think it is better to measure and log. I am no expert of course this is just an opinion.

If you are hungry eat some back but make good choices, if not then stick with your target and don't eat them back. I find if I eat them back all the time I don't lose much but that may just be me.

Good app for learning what is in what you eat, great for finding hidden sodium in things or weird chemicals. Can make you a little paranoid but good if you are trying to eat clean.
