I am. Been on MFP for a while, but its been really sporadic. Need to start getting serious, so would be great to have some inspiration/support.

It's a weights class here in the UK as well. Someone told me that even when doing weights you're burning a lot of calories even though your heart rate may not be as high as in cardio. I checked on the internet and all the articles I read seem to agree that its around 400 cals. I'm going tonight, can't wait.
