Awesome! For me, I really started to feel full and satisfied once i recognized my food is FUEL for my body, and lost the emotional attachment I had with it.

It's completely a mental thing, and I try to tell myself this every time i get the urge to binge. Most times I am bored or feeling down about myself. I have to take it day by day, because otherwise the thought that I can't binge everyday overwhelms me.

I am 5'7 and weigh in the high 150's. I don't know the exact number because it fluctuates, but my goal is 135. My calorie allowance is at 1200 but I may change that (Im just starting out so I may experiment and see what is most realistic for me). I want to be at 135 by May.
