it doesnt like Jogging apparently... first mile it logged about 1500 steps... next 2 miles about 2000 (I missed the 2 mile mark notification) and 4th mile was about 1300... First goal: I want to eat ____ calories a day (+/- 100 a day) This one is hard because its more complicated than that to me... I don't like NET so much so... eat if your hungry but if the calories are based on MFP numbers not HRM only eat half to be sure you arent eating extra.. sometimes they are way high/low...

If you were medically told based on your specific needs ALWAYS listen to that over something standard... and like everyone else said, protein is fine to go over on... I wish I could borrow some... I hate proteins!

make sure to drink at least half your body weight in ounces-- 200 pounds=100 ounces... plus AT LEAST 1200 calories a day...

10/1- 13118 steps... I have a distance tracker... going to get a pedometer but did 6.559 miles supposedly... *2000 steps/mile... hope its accurate... going to get a step counter soon...

I LOVE 5-6 meals... my lunch and dinner are a little bigger but not much... usually about 200 calories 3-4x a day and 300 2x
