I haven't checked in because I haven't lost any weight! but I have lost some inches. I have been losing inches and I think I will lose weight by the end of the month. Have a prosperous day!

I worked out with a trainer last week and he said that you should have a protein shake, or something with protein in it, within 45 minutes of your workout. It helps your muscles recover.
