Totally amazing post and oh so true ...this is why in the winter months my carb intake seems to be higher!! Not enough sun yikes...lol I think I will be moving to Cuba next winter!

Thats great!! Keepnup the good work! I myself have a bad back so I do crunches instead of sit ups, and I always do my push ups on my knees!

Good to hear !! I stay under my carb , calories, and fat intake everyday. Just wasnt to sure about the protein.

Sugar is bad carbs anything that turns to sugar in your body whit bread , white rice , white pasta !! Whole grains are the ones I eat.

Well thanks for that input. I have been very cautiouse staying away from bad carbs and fats. Most proteins re coming from chicken and fish as well as low fat cheeses.

I am new to this as well ...but fruits and vegetables should still be counted !! Some are very high in carbohydrates and should be eaten within reason. Even natural sugar isn't good for you in large quantities.
