  • Count me in I have 63 to lose and broke my foot three days into starting up on MFP again....talk about demoralizing! I definitely need support since eating right is all I can do right now.
  • Hi I had it with both my pregnancies. Basically when she said stop eating sugar she meant brownies and crap like that lol. You are basically going to start counting carbs at each meal now now instead of calories. For me I had goals of 30 carbs for breakfast 15 for snack 45 for lunch 15 for snack and 45 for dinner.
