Great to see all of the tall women here! I'm 5'11" and currently at 165 (down from prob close to 200). I'm close to maintaining, but would like to get to 155. I'm horrible on heels - probably because I was about this tall when I was 12, and who wants to be even taller then? My husband is way taller than me so I'd have the opportunity, but still don't have the balance. ;-)

Hey! I'm 5'11", and weigh about 160 now. I'd like to get down to about 150, but can't imagine lower than that for myself. It's good to see tall ladies on here!

Good luck! It sounds like you have some strong motivation, and definitely more salads are a good strategy - but definitely not for every meal! There are lots of great resources for nutrition on here, so do your research and give yourself the tools and strategy you need to succeed.

I'm starting off with a 15 lb goal. Currently 185, aiming for 175 (already lost 5). I'm 5'11". Good luck to us!
