Try 800 Calories per day. Maybe around 50 grams of carbs. But 800 calories is pretty low already so I wouldn't worry about counting carbs. Just try to stay under 800. This is what I'm doing.

Great job circadianswing you're on your way! How tall are you? We both started around the same time with SCD and around the same weight. 225 lbs for me and I'm 5'8". Goal is around 165 so I got quite a few more pounds to lose.

odd day today. Usually I gain 3-5 lbs after my cheat day (Pre cheat weight 211 lbs) but this time I gained .2 lbs the day after not much. But today 48 hours later I'm at 213 which is 2 lbs. Hmm. My meals are pretty similar to yours during my week. I try to eat as much protein and beans I can until I feel full. Those beans can make me feel full pretty fast. I thought we were suppose to do it before and after every meal to open up the GLUT4 insulin receptors. Thats what I remember.

How much is everybody working out who's on this diet? I only worked out once for 45 minutes on a stairclimber.

This is my 3rd binge day and so far this is the only diet was able to stick too. It works. 14.2 lbs lost in 21 days.
