Good point. I've tried the whole 1,200 calorie thing and I am so hungry and have such little energy that all I can do is lay in bed. And I guess that works if you don't want any muscle but I would like to have some of that as well haha

Don't let a few bad apples spoil this site for you. Everyone I have met on here has been wonderfully supportive. As long as you are losing your weight in a healthy way then you shouldn't worry about what anyone else thinks. I don't ever eat mine back and I lose about 2lbs a week. I also don't burn anywhere close to 1000 calories during a workout. I usually burn about 520 for cardio and I have no clue what I burn for strength training so I don't ever count that. I'm sure this wouldn't work for everyone though so just try doing it both ways…
