I'm 27 (for a couple more weeks). 5'7.5" SW: 290 CW: 161.5 GW: 150 love working out...mostly hiit, boot camp and lifting (with an occasional zumba class just for fun). These last 15 lbs have been murder.

lol. Did MFP seriously just edit b00bs?

I started in 24 jeans and 3-4X tops. I thought that given my build I'd never get below a 10/L. Currently, I'm a comfortable 6/M. I have about 15 lbs to go and am pretty sure I will end up a comfortable 4 but not sure if I'll ever get into those S tops. My goods aren't going anywhere.

Happy :)

Not a Disney character but with the red lips, dark hair and pretty eyes I would say Betty Boop. :) If I must pick a Disney character, Snow White.

Radiant :)

Last year, I was one of them. In the past year I've managed to lose quite a bit and completely change my lifestyle. Yes, many will fail but the same can be said about those who start any other day of the year. Don't discount someone's ability to succeed just because of their chosen start date.

I have friends in a variety of sizes but in my main "core group" of friends, they are all super fit and healthy. At a size 8 I am still the biggest one but not by much. I'll fit right in, at goal!

I like to make lentil taco salad when I'm doing a meatless meal. Just cook a cup of lentils with taco seasoning (I make my own but you could also use one packet). For the salad part I do romaine lettuce, red onion, tomatoes, shredded reduced fat cheese, sliced jalapenos and black olives. Top each salad with 1/4 of cooked…

I log it as aerobics. There is a low, general or high impact option. Personally, I do low(not because what I'm doing is low but because I believe the mfp estimates to be way off). Of coarse, a hrm would be more accurate but you do not need one. The estimates have worked just fine for me. I've lost 119 lbs. I just always…

Thighs, hips and butt were the first to lean. It's looking like my belly will be the last to go (it's definitely shrunk some but still needs work). Ay 108 lbs down, I'm very happy with how my lower body looks and I'm starting to see definition in my biceps, shoulders, lats and back. Still have a little belly... Hopefully…

I'm a stay at home mom to two girls (3.5 and almost 2). Joined MFP and started exercising January 2, 2013 weighing in at 290. Set a goal of losing 100 lbs in a year. Have passed that goal and am aiming to get down to at least 160 and in to my ideal weight range (am at 183 as of last weigh in). Feel free to add me. I'm not…

There's a really good recipe on skinnytaste.com for "baked spaghetti squash with cheese." It has baby spinach and sharp cheddar cheese I. It. Delicious!

I absolutely plan to indulge at every holiday. I will plan for it and keep it to one day for each holiday (not bringing home leftovers). Enjoy and move on. Same with holiday parties. We have never had more than one party to attend per weekend. The rest of the year, we typically go out or cook a more indulgent meal once per…

I'm 2 pounds away from onederland and the scale won't budge. :/

I've lost 80 and have a ring guard on mine right now. You can pick one up at any jewelry store for cheap. I will resize when I get to goal and stay there for a bit.

I don't see dead on there so I guess I'll go with hurt (physically, not emotionally). I've been changing up my fitness routine this week and trying new things. Yesterday I took a new class then hit the weights pretty hard. Today, everything hurts and I feel like I'm a thousand years old.

I have three as well. 1. break through this plateau. 2. stay on track during our vacation (minus one day I already know will probably be over). 3. stay off the scale until July 1 (husband has been instructed to hide it). Let's do it!

THIS! Get off mfp and go have fun!! And to answer your question... I don't obsess when I'm at a party. I make the best choices available to me at the time. You know what's a healthy choice and what isn't. Just do the best you can. Even if nothing is healthy per se just don't use it as an excuse to go nuts. Have a small…

I'd start by asking someone to give you a tour. Maybe, call and set it up before you go in so you're sure someone will be available. At any gym there should be someone to show you around and help you get started your first visit. Definitely make sure they show you the weights and try out either a few machines or some…

You can do it! One step at a time. I started on Jan 2nd of this year and have lost 54 lb so far. Friend request sent. Add me and feel free to msg me anytime :)

I always did "aerobics- low impact," since I believe MFP's estimates are a bit high but there's also a general or high impact aerobics option if you feel one of those are more appropriate.
