I have them about once a week and I've lost 31 pounds.

Mini cupcake! :)

Instantly. Look on your fingers. See the grease?

I quit doing speed I then gained weight, a little more weight, some more weight after that. It was a total pain in the *kitten*. The last thing I wanted was to gain weight AND deal with addiction. Here's the kicker though, I quit doing meth and I gained a lot more than weight. I gained a life, a son, a chance to not die in…

That's why I use aerobics. It would be different if you were on a treadmill or just walking around outside. I've never done knee lifts, side steps, kickbacks, or anything like that on a treadmill. I'm pretty sure I'd be dead if I tried.
-
Depends on which one you use but I log it as low impact aerobics.

I do 3 to 5 miles about 5 days a week. Love these videos! I've only done them for about a month but I've lost almost 20 pounds. I count it as low impact aerobics.

I tried to jump off the wagon rather than falling. Somehow ended up still being under my calories.
-
I eat this any time I can fit it into my calories. It's like a healthy REESE'S!

Awesome!

Really young Michael Chiklis.

Not enough, unfortunately. lol

Thank you for explaining it. And yes, my calories aren't set at an insane level.
-
I was wondering about that myself. My calories are always way under because I'm scared of going over on everything else.

Perhaps the person you talked to was an *kitten*. Even if you'd been having horrible overages they could have told you in a different manner.

The Amazing Spider-Man Yum-Azing Vanilla. These made the geeky, sugar junkie that I am so very happy.
-
Thanks for the explanation. I've been a little lost in all this.

As a somebody who once did piercing and a mom, wait. It's her body and it's not necessary so why not let her make the choice when she's older?
-
You can add me too! I'm new to this as well.

Third? Don't feel bad hun, I've lost count at how many times I've been on the gain/lose merry-go-round. Third, fourth, however many times, just remember that you can do it. :)

I tried a cup or two of coffee but the headache just stayed put. I'm thinking gradually weaning down might be a better option for me. I drank almost a 2 liter a day of regular soda for the better part of 3 years or more so maybe cold turkey wasn't quite the right idea.
-
I tried to stop all soda cold turkey almost two weeks ago. It's been a nightmare! The cravings weren't so bad but the headaches are killing me. It was so bad last night that I caved in and had a diet soda. The headache relief was totally worth 20 calories. Looks like I'll have to wean myself of diet soda now and I hope it…

If you have access to the internet in your motel try looking up belly dancing on youtube. It might not be as effective as going to the gym but it gets you moving and it's fun. :)
