  • congratulations on your new journey, I am right along side of you...just got through a major craving myself, but to get through it, I grabbed my computer and came to this site to be inspired, thank you for being a part of that ...I got through it just now because I have a few similar friends here, battling the same issues
  • onions go a long way as do peppers of anykind.
  • throw in plain ravioli...add as many as you can caloricly afford for the day/ meal and add a can of tomato sauce and tomatoes diced..very low cal...incredibly filling and delicious! Olive Garden will do this for you as well...cals used 330! NOTE..I am only watching cals...not carbs etc.....
  • you can never have too many supportive friends...I started last Monday officially. I gave up regular soda though September 13th, 2010..which helped lose 10 pounds just for doing that..It took about 2 weeks to enjoy a diet drink..but it was worth the 10 pound lose!!! My first start weight...way back then was 212.
