Congrats on your running and your weight loss so far. I started jogging about 3 years ago and decided that I really enjoy it. I found that when I started I had the same issue but as I slowly began losing weight the irritation gradually decreased. I agree with a previous poster that if there is an inside seem that will…

Hi! I'm not a doctor, but I have the same flab problem. I've been told that if you continue the ab exercises (crunches, etc) that it will strengthen the ab muscles and make them tighter, eventually giving you a firmer stomach. I don't think it will disappear 100% but it's worth a try. Good luck!

My son and I love the Just Dance 2. We can dance for hours and not even realize it. Makes you work up a sweat too!

I don't have an answer for you but I will tell you that I was very sexually active with a partner about 3 years ago (I mean, like pretty daily) and I lost about 20 pounds. So I do think, as a previous poster put it, that it depends how much you put into the deed. If you just lay there you won't get much out of it - either…

I like alot of different music but I find the more upbeat Rob Thomas music and Beatles stuff keep me going. Can't forget "Geremia (sp) was a Bullfrog" and "Lime in the Coconut". I find myself singing a little louder than I should when jogging on the treadmill at the gym LMAO.

I was told that I have a variety of allergies and one did include the Birch. I just find it odd that it happens in other countries as well. I figured the pollen and pollution are different... oh well, live and learn. I hate not being able to eat apples. they were/are my favorite. I'll sneak a bite every so often. YUMMY!!!!

No hives (yet). Yes, really itchy throat and you can pretty much feel that it's starting to close up. the ears, yup. I do eat a bite or 2 of something I crave. Just enough so that the itching starts, then I know to stop.

All raw veggies. I can have maybe 1-2 celery pieces (you know, the little pices for dipping). Most fruits. I seem to be OK with oranges and grapes. and I HATE bananas. with my luck, I'm probably not allergic to them

Funny thing is that when you actually become allergic to a food that's when you want it more. My allergy only started when I was about 18. I've founf myself craving a nice juicy apple or a peach, a fig, pomegranate, anything.... It really sucks.

Ha! You weigh the same as I do and have the same goal in mind 10-15 pounds. Those always seem to be the toughest to lose. Good luck!
