Hello everyone :) I am doing insanity every other day because of my long hours at work x_x I did not do the fit test and am not doing the "thursday" workout unless I go easy on the hours 2 days straight. I used to have the same problem, but just started to eat more fiber and it has been heaven for me haha :p I check fiber as much as I check protein and calories and all that but yeah you should see a doctor if it is really uncomfortable D:

my mom did the 3 day diet (look for it with that name) lost like 10 pounds in the first 3 days...most of it water weight though ....I think she gained them back XD

My 2 lil'brothers have seriously low body fat (both in sports and what not) and i was ever one to do exercise so they would (and still) call me "fatty girl" ( but it's ok cause I kno they don't say it with a "mean" attitude) But ever since I started working out they now call me "buff girl" even tho I have lost like 3…

feel the same with my dad :p I know is out of his concern that I will get hurt and he is not used to see me so active in exercise and eating so little (compare to before...I'm actually eating pretty good right now :p)
