It's tempting to get back to the gym when you're keen to lose weight but you won't be able to make any progress when you're recovering from flu and could even do some harm. Stick to the fruit and rest. The gym can wait till you've got the energy to make it worthwhile.

You need low calorie bulk. Eat a bowl of salad before lunch and dinner. I also have tinned grapefruit in juice. The sour taste takes away my sugar craving.

Hi I walk to work and back which clocks up an hour a day and doesn't take much longer than driving in the rush hour. I also do zumba on the wii and Davina McCall's dvds which are really good.
