I work seriously unpredictable hours but I've found that it's easier to just fit in the workouts around it where ever I can, it helps that I mostly exercise at home or go running nearby, no matter how tired I am I know that I'll feel better after the workout, you can find the time, you just need to find where the exercise…

fabulous! I quite enjoy the look on people's faces when I tell them that I work out 6 days a week.... it's like it just won't compute for them that someone as fat as me could possibly be that active...

I read somewhere that it takes 6 weeks for form a new habit. Try planning what you are going to eat each day in the morning and log it all in advance, then it's done. Also having friends on here that will give you encouragement is really important. It will get easier, you just need to stick with it each day.

I work more than full time but most days I still cook for the family. But then, I love to cook and find it very relaxing. If you hate cooking and you eat very different diets, there's nothing wrong with cooking separately.

walked to and from my morning meeting, an hour in total and I will be doing 30mins class with personal trainer this afternoon

I also use EA sports active 2 regularly, I have an old ankle injury and have a list of things I'm not meant to do. You can actually take things off the list of exercises shown at the beginning of the session, you just click on the one you want to delete. I also find taking rest days important.

yes, I usually plan my meals in the morning, then it's easier to stick to and because I plan my snacks in as well, there is always something to look forward to, you can always change the entry if you need to. I find that if I don't log everything in the morning, I don't stick to my healthy eating plan...
